When God called me to do something hard, challenging, exhausting, and involving sacrifice, I did not do it because I wanted to do it, because it felt good and was easy and would make me happy and comfortable.
I did it for God.
I did it because Jesus Christ is Lord and I live in obedience to Him and to bring love, praise, honor, and glory to God.
This world teaches us to live for self. Jesus teaches us to live for Him.
Please, friend, live in obedience to the Lord Jesus no matter the cost to your flesh!
