God tells us in His Word not to worship the work of our hands, nor to worship idols, and He has reminded me the gifts He has given me are not so that I may be acknowledged, accepted, recognized, validated, or even loved. The gifts He has given me are for His glory, and my work is to be a labor of love for Him. “What does it mean to worship God in spirit and truth?” a woman asked me a few days ago. I told her I do not have full revelation of this, but I believe I have a beginning of it. I am to lie prostrate before Him, praising Him for His holiness and thanking Him for the Gift – Jesus. All other gifts are but opportunities to point the world to Him who reigns.
