In this self-centered world, isn’t it something how people tend to focus on how their bosses at work treat them more than or even instead of how they treat their bosses? Rarely do I recall in my life anyone sharing with me how he or she was working hard to treat his or her boss well.
Friend, we are commanded by God almighty to treat others with love, mercy, kindness, forgiveness, goodness, etc., to pray for and encourage them, to help and support them, to sacrifice and give to them, to be patient and honor them, etc.
Regardless of how your boss is treating you, how in the eyes of the Lord Jesus Christ are you treating your boss? May your thoughts about your boss, your words about your boss, your words to your boss, and your actions toward your boss be pleasing and glorifying to the Lord!
