Hurricane Help for Me & My Canine “Kids”

 Hi Everyone,

Just a quick note to let you all know that my area in coastal South Carolina is facing the possibility of Hurricane Matthew coming our way in the next few days.

With a possible evacuation, 11 special needs & senior rescued dogs in my care, and no human help at least as of yet, given my vehicle only holds a few of the dogs, and operating on a bare-bones budget, you can imagine what a great opportunity this is to TRUST IN THE LORD! It is also a great opportunity to ask you the following:

1. Would you please PRAY for not only me & the dogs & the ministry, but for all those impacted by this storm especially in Haiti?

2. If you live inland of coastal South Carolina in GA, SC, or NC, or even in southern VA in an area where the storm is not expected, and can help in any way by housing some or all of us, by meeting me somewhere to help me care for the dogs for a few days in a motel or even in a truck if necessary, please let me know.

3. If you have any good connections to companies renting trucks or cargo vans that would donate or discount use of a van or truck, please let me know. Walk by Faith Ministry is a 501c3 non-profit organization.

4. If you would like to make a donation to help cover costs if there is an evacuation for transport & hotel, or to the ministry as a whole, please let me know. Sadly, in the past few years, only a few precious people have felt led to donate to the ministry. But the Lord is faithful, continuing to provide all that is needed in His own special, creative & infinitely generous and merciful way.

Love, prayers, blessings & encouragement, and donations are always enormously welcome.

If you would like to donate for a possible evacuation, please indicate this on your donation. If you donate for this & we are not evacuated, please know your donation will bless the ministry anyway. Or, if you prefer to wait to see if we’re evacuated because you only want to donate toward an evacuation, please let me know.

Love & blessings,

Lara Love
