Meditate on This!

God makes clear in the Bible what we SHOULD NOT think about which is sin we need to get rid of, and God makes clear what we SHOULD think about. What should we think about? What should we meditate on? There are a lot of false ungodly forms of meditation popular in this day and age, and we need to turn away from all this. How then should we meditate? What should we think upon?

We should think about the Lord and the Bible and all that pleases and honors and blesses and brings joy and pleasure to God and glorifies Him!

We should meditate on God and His awesomeness, His amazingness, His goodness, His greatness, His lordship, His beauty, His magnificence, His splendor, His glory, His character, who He is, what He has done and is doing and will do per the Bible, how He has blessed us, how He has provided for us, His fellowship and friendship, His wisdom, direction, guidance, correction, His kindness and patience, mercy, and grace, and on and on! And we should meditate on the Bible and God’s commands and promises and all the treasures of the Bible! And we should meditate on God’s blessedness and blessings in our lives and this world!

Whom and what should be central in our hearts and minds and lives? THE LORD JESUS CHRIST! The Lord God almighty! And all that brings God praise, honor, and glory!

And with this meditation should come PRAISE, PRAISE and PRAISE! Let us meditate on that which brings God delight, and let us praise, bless, and thank the Lord now and forevermore, AMEN!
