In my life on the road for Jesus I was thrilled to return to New York City my all-time favorite place to be and to do streets ministry. I had 6 amazing weeks of streets ministry followed by 2 awful months of really hard COVID after which I figured I would likely get back to my love, passion, and dream – doing ministry on the New York City streets while continuing with my writing.
Instead I left New York City. Why?
Jesus Christ is Lord, and the Holy Spirit of God made clear He wanted me to leave.
We are commanded to love the Lord with all our hearts, those who love Jesus are to obey Jesus, and we are to live for Jesus not for self.
Are you living for Jesus? Are you willing to let go of anything and anyone He wants you to let go? Will you forsake all for Him?
