Can God Tell You Love Him?

0

For a long time I used to go around telling people I loved the Lord Jesus Christ, but any emotional feeling I may have had of love for the Lord was far outweighed by the truth.
My thoughts, words, and actions showed I lived for self not for Christ and loved this world and my sin and myself way more than Jesus. God sees every one of our thoughts, hears all our words, and sees all our actions and knows if the love we profess for Him is for real. Real love for God will be evident in our thoughts, words, and actions!
We are commanded to love the Lord with all our hearts, souls, minds, and strength, He tells us if we love Him we are to obey Him, He makes clear He is to be our first love, and He tells us He is to be “preeminent” i.e. first in our lives and in all things.
Now is the time, this very day, this very hour, this very moment, and all the time we spend on this earth and for eternity to humbly, blessedly, genuinely, truly, sincerely, honestly, really, emphatically, passionately, fervently, committedly, devotedly LOVE THE LORD. In such a way that our THOUGHTS, WORDS, AND ACTIONS show forth our unfathomably, exceedingly, indescribably everlasting LOVE FOR JESUS who died on the cross for us and was raised from the dead. Which He did to pave the way for us through repentance and faith in Him as Lord and our lives being truly devoted to Him to spend forever and ever with the Lord, oh, yes! WITH THE LORD OF LORDS, KING OF KINGS, FATHER IN HEAVEN, ALMIGHTY GOD. Hallelujah! Praise, praise, praise the Lord, AMEN!
Friend, CAN GOD TELL YOU LOVE HIM?
“AND YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, WITH ALL YOUR MIND, AND WITH ALL YOUR STRENGTH.’ This is the first commandment.” Mark 12:30
“Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love. Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place—unless you repent.” Revelation 2:4-5
“And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.”
Colossians 1:18
“”If you love Me, keep My commandments.” John 14:15
