“You are so close now, Lara,” the Holy Spirit of God spoke to me about something God had called me to do in my ministry work. “Don’t give up now.”
Sometimes we are so very close to where the Lord is leading us to be, so very near to finishing what He has given us to do, so on the verge of completing an assignment from God, so on the cusp of getting to where God wants us to go, so on the pathway the Lord has clearly set before us in one thing or another, when all of a sudden we are tempted to give up now.
The Lord encouraged me that day to not give up but instead to persevere. To press on in walking down the pathway He set before me. Now I am encouraging you to do the same. If you are clear you are in the will of God almighty, walking down the pathway He has set before you, doing so with love for and devotion to God and hopefully with joy, excitement, and thanksgiving, please don’t give up now. Please seek the Lord for His will, His direction, His strength, His mercy, His grace, His provision, and PRESS ON!
