Dear friend, ………
Sometimes I become so exhausted from this life’s journey that I feel like I can’t make it another single step, that no amount of sleep and rest in the world would be enough to enable me to move forward in my life’s calling let alone in my life at all, and then the Lord reminds me of this.

My life is no longer my own. It is His. He bought me with the price of the blood He shed on the cross for me. My weakness will never be enough to go forward. But His strength and grace are entirely sufficient. He will enable me to do everything to which He calls me. And the greatest rest I need is not in amount of sleep though I am most assuredly in need of really good sleep these days, but is the rest I can find in Him and His love for me.

There is no greater love in the universe than Christ’s love, and no greater rest than in Him. I arrived just a few days ago for another season of streets ministry in New York City along with continuing on in writing Gospel tracts, devotionals, and books and caring for the ministry’s special needs streets ministry doggies. I continue to have very little physical and financial support, but one thing is for sure.

I am 100% sold out to the Lord Jesus Christ, 100% committed to loving and worshiping God forever, 100% devoted to proclaiming Christ to the world and helping people to find and follow Him, and 100% desirous to please, honor, praise, and live for the Lord Jesus Christ with a heart filled with thanksgiving. And I am totally dedicated to repenting when I fall short.

Assuredly the Lord will lead me forth, and assuredly the Lord will provide for me as He does most importantly with an ever-growing intimate relationship with Himself, my Savior, my redeemer, my helper, my healer, my master, my teacher, my counselor, my advocate, my first love, my Father, my husband, my best friend, my hope, my peace, my rest, my blessed forever Lord.

My friend, are you utterly sold out to the Lord Jesus Christ? Oh, may it be so!

Love & blessings,

“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”” Mt. 11:28-30′

“For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.” 1 Cor. 6:20

“And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” 2 Cor. 12:9
