Dear friend, ……….

Ever had anyone really hurt you and then not acknowledge what the person did let alone apologize? I have had that experience a number of times in my life, and, honestly, it never gets any easier when it comes to the hurt. But there is something SO BEAUTIFUL I have discovered that can happen when it occurs.

When we believe in Christ as Lord, and live for Christ as Lord, and choose to forgive with the love of Christ in the strength of Christ, and come to Christ with our hurting hearts for love, comfort, and healing,  and for whatever changes the Lord may want to make in us through the hurt, oh, how wonderful and lovely and sweet and tender and merciful is the love and blessed fellowship of Christ!

If you’re hurting, friend, because of another’s wrongdoing, forgive and come to Jesus. No matter what the person has done to you, no matter whether the person has acknowledged the wrongdoing or apologized, there is healing – and love evermore – in Jesus, oh yes!

love & blessings,

“The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed,
A refuge in times of trouble.
And those who know Your name will put their trust in You;
For You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You.” Psalm 9:9-10
