God’s love for His children is truly beyond anything we can fathom. Yes, His love for us is unfathomable. His love is reflected in countless ways, in the biggest of ways to the smallest of ways. But it is all the same. It is His. His love for us.
I wonder how often we stop in the midst of the busyness of our lives to meditate on God and His love for us. How often do we stop what we are doing and give God praise for His love for us? How often do we rejoice in His love for us? How often do we recognize His love for us day by day and hour by hour and even moment by moment? For His love truly is evident throughout our lives from start to finish and in each and every moment of each and every day. How often do we tell others of His love? How often do we simply take a deep breath and breathe in His love? How often do we enjoy His love?
Oh, the unfathomable love of the Lord! Let us not ever, no, not ever, take for granted the love of the Lord!
Oh, God, thank you, thank you for your unfathomable love! How could we ever thank you enough, dear Father? Help us to rejoice in your unfathomable, endless, most amazing, most awesome LOVE, oh Lord, AMEN!
“For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:38-39 KJV
“Thy mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds. Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O LORD, thou preservest man and beast. How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings. They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures. For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light. O continue thy lovingkindness unto them that know thee; and thy righteousness to the upright in heart.” Psalms 36:5-10 KJV
