I had a mini vision while driving today, and I believe there is a message in the midst of it for more than just myself. I saw the devil in pursuit of me, and I was wisely in flight from him. But just how wise was I? The Lord doesn’t tell me to flee from the devil. He teaches me in His Word that it should be the other way around. In my mini vision, I saw something wild happen. I turned around, faced the devil, spoke a scripture to him, and guess what? He fled! So why is it that so many of us are in flight from the devil when he is supposed to be in flight from us? Either we don’t know what authority belongs to us through faith in Christ, or we know our authority and are not using it.
I have studied the Word long enough to know what authority belongs to me, but admittedly I am one who struggles with remembering to use it. Sometimes I get caught up in how big and intimidating the devil appears to be, and it is then I go high tailing it away from him. Then along comes the Lord to remind me that I have it all backwards. He tells me to pull myself up by my bootstraps, use my scriptures as Jesus did in response to the devil when the Holy Spirit led him into the wilderness, and stand strong in the Lord. This is a reminder I need constantly. How about you?
Jas 4:7 “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Jas 4:8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you.”

I’m writing on this topic these days, baccarat online, but I have stopped writing because there is no reference material. Then I accidentally found your article. I can refer to a variety of materials, so I think the work I was preparing will work! Thank you for your efforts.
