Your Story Isn’t Over

Every one of us has a life’s story, and if we’re alive and breathing right now, which I am as I write this and you are as you read this, our stories aren’t over yet.

Whether the Lord gives us only a few more breaths or decades more time on this earth or somewhere in between, we still have our stories to live out on this earth. Just how will we live them? Will we live them for self, or will we live them for the Lord Jesus Christ?

Will we live out the rest of our stories according to the world’s ways or according to God’s ways? Will we glorify self, this world, and the devil, or will we glorify God almighty? Will we love self which goes against the Bible, or will we love the Lord with all our hearts and others as ourselves which is what God commands us in the Bible? What changes do we have to make this very day so we live out and finish out our stories on this earth in a way that brings love, joy, honor, praise, and glory to the Lord?

Where to begin concerning our life’s stories? All humans are sinners who cannot be in God’s forever presence because of His holiness and righteousness and perfection and our sins. But He loves us so much He sent His only Son Jesus to the earth to live a perfect life and to the cross to take His wrath and our punishment for our sins of death, hell, and the lake of fire upon Himself and to be raised from the dead. So all who turn from ours sins, believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and in His death and resurrection, truly turning our hearts and lives over to God and His ways, are forgiven, promised a relationship with God now and forever in heaven, and indwelt by God’s Holy Spirit.

When we receive Jesus as Lord, we are born again spiritually and given a fresh start. No matter our stories thus far, we have a clean slate and can go forth living the life God created us to live. When we do wrong along the way, we repent and keep going forward following Jesus.

With all my heart, I beg you to examine your heart and life right now to see if your story thus far reflects a life wholly surrendered to the Lord Jesus Christ or not.

Your story isn’t over. How will you live the life God has so blessedly given you going forth? Please, friend, live it totally devoted to the Lord Jesus Christ now and forever and ever, AMEN!

Oh, God, I never thought I would end up believing in you and telling the world about you let alone encouraging people with all my heart to be totally devoted to you. I can honestly say God I love you with every ounce of my heart and yearn and long and desire to help people all around the world to love you with every ounce of their hearts! Oh, God, use this message, and use every breath you will give me on this earth, to love and worship and glorify you and to help people love, love, love you with every ounce of their hearts now and forever more. Oh, God, may all of our stories bring you joy and gladness, adoration and love, pleasure and glory, AMEN!

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Romans 12:1-2 KJV

“Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.” 1 Corinthians 10:31 KJV
