DONATIONS FOR GLORY’S EYE REMOVAL

4
Sweet, blind Glory will get one of her eyes removed Thursday after a recent glaucoma diagnosis to avoid an eye rupture and to end any discomfort from the extreme pressure behind her eye. Though she seems to still see shadows, she is mostly blind, has two cherry eyes, dry eye, and another eye issue on top of the glaucoma!

Glory was left at an animal shelter along with a litter of dead pups several years ago. She was so emaciated she could barely walk for several weeks, chewed up in lice, had open sores, missing hair, high heartworm positive, mostly blind, and two cherry eyes.

She was whisked out of the shelter by a volunteer who had the faith God could work a miracle. She was flown to Virginia from South Carolina to Walk by Faith Ministry, and then moved back to South Carolina with me and the whole crew three years ago.

God used Glory to lead a little girl to giving her life to Jesus Christ, and ever since has used Glory to bring smiles, joy, and inspiration to those with whom she comes in contact.

Her best buddy is two-footed Winnie, though she gets along well with all – her little stub of a tail constantly wagging wagging wagging as she makes her way around – bumping into anything and anyone without a single complaint. She knows how to get where she wants to go, most especially Mommie’s voice. She reminds me of how we are called to walk by faith – with our focus on the voice of our provider. By faith!
