Please Forgive Me
Please forgive me. There is nothing I love more than the Lord Himself than helping others to become and remain forever followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, and I love using the gift of writing God has given me along with the gift of speaking He has given me to do just that. Oh, how I miss the days I do not have the opportunity and/or leading from Him to write.
That said, this week I have not written nearly as much as I like. Besides having one senior severely disabled dog unable to walk today, and another dog nearing the end of his life, along with a third senior dog not doing so well, along with caring for the other 10, I spent a good bit of this week excitedly working on a new edition and new format for my main Gospel tract which includes my personal story so that I could ship a big box of copies of it off to a prison in the South with the hope God will use it to reach the hundreds of inmates there.
With just two days to prepare my weekly distribution of devotionals where I minister to the homeless and others in extreme need, and not having made any headway whatsoever with that, not to mention my usual fairly extreme fatigue, well, you can imagine.
I write all of this with a smile in my heart, for after all the decades of facing unbelievable challenges and having no sense of purpose whatsoever, I can’t imagine having a stronger sense of purpose than I do now!
That said, please forgive me for not keeping up with my usual “almost” Daily Inspiration, and your love, prayers, encouragement, and donations if and when you are led are very greatly appreciated!
I look forward to “being back soon” with more writing by the grace of God and for His glory and with the hope He will use it to bring the love of Jesus Christ, inspiration, and encouragement to you!
