Freckles is only one very small, special reason why Walk by Faith Ministry is folding our paws & hands in prayer again & pounding the pavement in search of new monthly sponsors to help us fulfill our vision.
We are taking great strides forward in our vision to share the Gospel as we minister the Lord’s love to a world in need – even as we settle into our new location in South Carolina while remaining a national ministry.
Our five-fold mission to preach, pray, publish, distribute the Lord’s provisions, & help homeless dogs is moving rapidly forward as we continue to specialize in the people & dogs the world’s given up on.
I am blessed to report that we are currently progressing in the following areas:
* sharing the Gospel as always!
* developing an inspirational book
* preparing to launch a very special Online Devotional – details coming soon!
* ongoing inspirational writing on our Walk by Faith Ministry website & distributed to our e-mail list
* participating in a weekly soup kitchen in inner city Savannah
* providing writing services to an inner city church in Savannah pastored by our beloved Pastor Freddie
* joining the evangelism team at an annual food/clothing distribution to Savannah’s needy
* providing rescue, rehab, re-homing & hospice & sanctuary care to homeless doggies!
For anyone who knows my heart and passion, always to the Lord first & then to His Creation, I am walking by faith that the Lord will continue to provide both for the ministry & for myself.
Directing this ministry with virtually no physical help – though plenty of love & prayer support – is one big task that reminds me daily it can only happen with God.
After a long haul of doing all the work unpaid, I am now believing that God will provide enough funding that I will be able to pay my bills & enjoy my life as I continue forth with the vision He has given me.
