Time to Say Goodbye

Whatever or whomever you have been holding onto for dear life you know deep in your heart goes against God and His will for you, it is time to say goodbye.

You know what you need to do, and God will give you the strength to do it.

Cry out to Him and tell Him you need help letting go.

Ask people who are really devoted to the Lord and the Bible to help and pray for you if/as/when the Lord leads you.

Make the decision to say goodbye and obey God.

All that time and energy you have spent on whatever or whomever that/it is, now go forward holding onto for dear life God almighty and the Bible and His will for you.

Jesus, only Son of God, is Lord and died on the cross to pay our sin punishment, and God the Father raised Him from the dead. Turn from your sins, believe in Jesus as Lord and in His death and resurrection, and sincerely turn to God and His ways. God will forgive you, give you a forever relationship with Himself, and His Holy Spirit will come live in you.

Whether you are a long time believer in Jesus, a newer one, or just starting out today, no matter where you are on the path of believing in and following Jesus Christ as Lord, we all have times God shows us it is time to say goodbye to something or someone we are holding onto He makes clear He wants us to let go.

Please cry out to God and see if it is time to say goodbye in any area of your life. And humble yourself before Him and do what He tells you to do. Amen!

*** Please be careful. There are times we say goodbye to people and let them go and walk away when it is NOT God’s will. We get caught up in our wishes, ways, and wants and focus on self instead of the Lord and leave people behind when it is NOT God’s will. It is very important to PRAY, to seek godly counsel if/as/when the Lord desires, to read the Bible, and to wait on the Lord to make sure we have clearly heard from God regarding whether or not to remain in people’s lives. In all areas of our lives, including this one, it is so very important we seek and follow the will of God! ***
